1. Data controller

2. What we collect

• Forms (contact, estimate, NDA): name, e-mail, phone, project description and - for the NDA - company details. You provide them voluntarily so we can reply.
• Estimates: the project description, chosen scope and computed result. We keep them to improve our estimation engine.
• Traffic statistics: anonymous, cookieless (Cloudflare Web Analytics) - page views, country, device, referrer.
• On-site events: page views, clicks, scroll depth and time on page. Collected first-party, with a pseudonymous session id and a persistent pseudonymous visitor id (a random value in browser storage, not a cookie - it lets us recognize a returning browser), without profiling.
• Technical data: a hashed IP address (we never store the raw IP), country, browser type.

3. Cookies and browser storage

We use no tracking or marketing cookies and we do not profile visitors. We only use functional browser storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) to remember preferences, a session id and the entry source. Cloudflare traffic statistics work without cookies.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

• Handling form enquiries - steps taken at your request / performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Anonymous statistics, site security and improving our services - our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Processors

We rely on trusted providers acting as processors:

• Cloudflare - hosting, database, traffic analytics, protection and infrastructure.
• Resend - delivery of e-mails from the forms.
• OpenAI - generating a preliminary estimate from your project description.

Some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards applied by these providers.

6. Retention

Form submissions and estimates are kept for up to 24 months, analytics events for up to 12 months, then deleted. Correspondence may be kept longer where an ongoing matter or the law requires it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability (Art. 15-22 GDPR). To exercise them, write to kontakt@krmob.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (PUODO).

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The current version is always available at this address, with the date of the last change shown.
